Supported teams, mentors of the first Raising Starts program, and representatives of the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), gathered yesterday to symbolically marked the end of the first Raising Starts cycle.
Thank you to all the startups for their efforts and the great progress they have made!
During the first Raising Starts cycle, 35 teams in total were supported, out of which 13 received additional business and financial support (up to CHF 15,000 per team, non-refundable, no equity), with a total value of more than CHF 160,000. We brought the expertise and experience of more than 50 local and international mentors, while 6 out of 13 supported companies raised new investments during the program!
We are looking forward to the new teams – applications for the second cycle of the Raising Starts program are open until December 28.
The Raising Starts program is being implemented by the Science Technology Park Belgrade, in partnership with the Science Technology Park Nis and the Science Technology Park Cacak, with the support of the Swiss Government.
