Potential for the world – 10 startups from Serbian science technology parks pitch to 3 local VC funds

Ten promising startups from science and technology parks in Belgrade, Niš, Čačak, and Novi Sad presented their innovative solutions today at Pitch Day, held at the Science Technology Park Belgrade (STP Belgrade). The event brought together, for the first time, three Serbia-based venture capital funds: Telekom Srbija Ventures, Fifth Quarter Ventures, and Omorika Ventures.

The investors — Davor Sakač (Telekom Srbija Ventures), Marko Mijatović (Fifth Quarter Ventures), and Miloš Matić (Omorika Ventures) — provided valuable feedback on the pitches, helping teams refine their strategy and better position themselves for future investments.

The event is part of a joint effort by Serbia’s science technology parks, initiated by STP Belgrade and Telekom Srbija Ventures, to boost the local innovation scene by connecting startups more effectively with local investors who see their global potential.

The startups presented cutting-edge technologies in fields including artificial intelligence, biotechnology, logistics, gaming, tourism, and agriculture. With validated prototypes and early traction from users, they demonstrated strong potential for growth and impact.

A big shoutout to: VeloxDB, Refine, TDM Health, Jig Joy, Moonshain, Qreadible, 759 Studio, Smart Part, Dira Tech, and Vertitium.

The event also gathered numerous stakeholders from Serbia’s innovation ecosystem, including Ana Marinković, Assistant Minister for Science, Technological Development, and Innovation.
