Three startups from the Science Technology Park Belgrade community – Sferikon, Qualiloop and GuideLites – are spending this week in Munich, where their participation in Bits & Pretzels 2026 is giving them an opportunity to explore one of Europe’s most dynamic startup ecosystems.

For startup founders, missions like this are much more than networking opportunities. They provide a chance to test the market, meet potential partners and clients, better understand the local ecosystem and take the first steps towards entering the DACH market.

Market Discovery Mission Munich is implemented within the Technopark Serbia 3 – Innovate Forward project, with the support of the Government of Switzerland and the Swiss State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). Through the mission, startups from Serbia have the opportunity to present their products, ideas and ambitions to international stakeholders and build connections that can support their further business development.

During their stay in Munich, the teams also had the opportunity to exchange experiences with Serbian scaleup Mily Technologies, which is building a strong international presence from Munich. Its founders shared insights into company growth, entering new markets and building a business in an international environment.

Experiences like these represent an important step for startups considering international expansion and entry into new markets.
