We invite employees, HR professionals, and team leaders from startups, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), as well as public institutions, to apply for a free training program delivered within the Capital Innovation Point Serbia (CIPS) project.

The training focuses on building a learning culture and applying e-learning tools in a digital environment. Participants will gain practical knowledge on designing online training programs, motivating employees, and applying modern learning models—regardless of team size or available resources.

The Capital Innovation Point Serbia (CIPS) project is implemented in cooperation with Science Technology Park Belgrade as the coordinator, together with partners NALED, Science Technology Park Novi Sad, Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, and DCT – Data Cloud Technology, as well as associated partners Institute of Physics Belgrade and University of Belgrade, School of Electrical Engineering.

The project is part of the European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIH) network and is co-financed by the European Union.
