Serbia’s innovation potential is being strengthened through the connection of local communities, knowledge, and systematic support for startups, which forms the foundation of the partnership initiated by the Belgrade Science and Technology Park and the Regional Innovation Startup Center Vranje.

By signing the Memorandum of Cooperation, the Belgrade Science and Technology Park and RISC Vranje have established a framework for joint activities aimed at strengthening the innovation and startup ecosystem, exchanging knowledge and experience, and improving support for startup teams and technology companies at various stages of development.

The cooperation includes the joint organization and promotion of events, implementation of support and mentorship programs, networking among community members, as well as referrals to relevant programs and initiatives of both institutions. Special focus will be placed on creating new opportunities for innovation development and strengthening the capacities of local and regional innovation ecosystems.

The first joint activities are expected to be implemented in the coming months, with a shared belief that this partnership will contribute to tangible results and the long-term development of Serbia’s innovation ecosystem.
