Science Technology Park Belgrade, with the support of the Government of Switzerland, has opened the fifth public call for the Raising Starts accelerator program, designed for startup teams and startups in the early stage of development that have a developed technological concept/MVP or an early prototype of an innovative product/service. The program is aimed at accelerating startup development and establishing the foundations for a sustainable and scalable business model.

Eligible applicants for the current public call include startup teams and startups consisting of at least two members in the early stage of development, as well as micro enterprises with majority Serbian ownership. The call is open until May 29, 2026, via the official program website.

Raising Starts is the first pre-seed accelerator in Serbia that simultaneously provides both expert and financial support to startups at the stage when they need it most: in the early phases of developing innovative products and services. Through the program, teams improve their business models, develop and test the market potential of their innovative solutions, define growth strategies, strengthen their investment readiness, and prepare for the next stages of development and entry into international markets. A special focus of the program is placed on individual work with startup teams and startups, ensuring that each receives support tailored to their specific challenges and development goals.

The program is created within the project “Technopark Serbia 3 – Innovate Forward”, supported by the Government of Switzerland, with the aim of strengthening the innovation ecosystem in Serbia, fostering entrepreneurial talent among young people and the academic community, and providing stronger financial and technical support to startups through the Raising Starts program and its alumni network.
