Fuel Your Growth Workshop: Finding the Right Funding for Startups and Innovative SMEs

Are you familiar with the most suitable funding options for your company’s current stage of development?

Science Technology Park Belgrade is organizing the workshop “Fuel Your Growth: Funding Opportunities for Startups and SMEs”, which will take place on July 2, 2026, at Science Technology Park Belgrade (Veljka Dugoševića 54). The session for startups will begin at 10:00 AM, while the workshop for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will start at 12:30 PM.

The workshop is designed for early-stage startup founders and representatives of innovative SMEs who are looking to better understand available funding opportunities and improve their readiness to attract investment.

During the workshop, participants will gain insights into the journey from idea to investment, explore funding options available at different stages of business growth, learn how investors, banks, and other financial institutions evaluate companies, and discover practical ways to overcome common challenges in accessing finance.

The program will also focus on selecting the most appropriate funding source based on business needs, improving investment readiness, and learning from real-life fundraising experiences of successful Serbian companies.

A dedicated panel discussion will feature startup founders and entrepreneurs who will share first-hand insights from their fundraising journeys, followed by an open discussion with participants on challenges, lessons learned, and practical advice.

The workshop is organized within the framework of the Capital Innovation Point Serbia (CIPS) project, implemented by Science Technology Park Belgrade in partnership with NALED, Science Technology Park Novi Sad, the Faculty of Technical Sciences of the University of Novi Sad, and DCT – Data Cloud Technology.

Participation is free of charge, but the number of available seats is limited. Registrations will be confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis, so early registration is encouraged.
