We successfully completed the first two-day workshop with LEAN startups that are part of the Program for self-employment and the development of innovative activities of the City of Belgrade.

The workshop was opened by Sava Marinkovic, founder of Teleskin, presenting business model and development path of the company, as well as the challenges they faced as a startup company in operation.

The workshop included consultations with the aim of identifying needs, presentation of the LEAN model, as well as individual work on concrete LEAN canvas models of the startup companies. Continuation of the workshop is scheduled for early February.
