He also pointed out the opportunities for connecting communities, cooperation of STP Belgrade with an international network of partners, and transfer of support models for the development of innovations and startups to other regions in Serbia, while adapting to local conditions.
Sofia Tech Park representatives pointed out that Bulgarian startups are looking for partners in Serbia and that such events are an opportunity to share experience and explore opportunities for cooperation, which will create a stronger region that will further attract more investors to this part of Europe and improve the environment for innovation development.
Also speaking at the event was Aleksandar Angelov, head of the trade and economic relations department of the Bulgarian Embassy in Belgrade, and Dobromir Ivanov, chairman of BESCO, an organization that is a successful model of an official mediator between the state and entrepreneurs (Startup Visa for Bulgaria).
