The University of Belgrade, as a partner on the project “Blue Growth Smart Adriatic Ionian S3” – BlueAir, in cooperation with the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation of the Republic of Serbia, organizes a roundtable at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering on May 29, 2023, starting at 10 am (hall 514). The project’s activities included research within the Entrepreneurial Discovery Process (EDP) in Blue Growth (BG). In the BG-EDP research, 283 acters of the quadruple helix (academia, industry, public sector, and civil sector) from the Adriatic-Ionian region participated, including Serbia.
The round table will be dedicated to the results of this research and presents an opportunity to discuss the needs and limitations in this area so that public policy actors are able to target their support in such a way as to meet the needs of the holders of innovation processes in this area. After the round table dedicated to the results of BG-EDP research, other tools developed within the BLUEAIR project will be presented with the aim of exploring the possibilities of exploitation in local areas.
BLUEAIR is a project within the Interreg Adrion program that aims to strengthen institutional capacities in the Adriatic-Ionian region by defining a common macro-regional smart specialization (S3) policy for a sustainable blue economy and aligning local initiatives with the EUSAIR strategy through a coordinated approach.
Science Technology Park Belgrade is an associate partner on the BlueAir project funded by the Interreg Adrion program (2020-2023).
