The Science and Technology Park Belgrade hosted the promotion of the book “Mapping the Elements of the National Innovation System in the Republic of Serbia” authored by Professor Vladan Ivanović.
Organized by the Konrad Adenauer Foundation, the event brought together representatives of academia, innovation support organizations, the public and private sectors, and other stakeholders involved in advancing science, technology, innovation, and entrepreneurship in Serbia.
In addition to presenting the key findings and insights from the study, participants discussed the importance of science, economic development, and innovation infrastructure in fostering innovation, strengthening competitiveness, and creating a supportive environment for entrepreneurship.
Particular attention was given to the role of innovation support institutions, collaboration among ecosystem stakeholders, and mechanisms that facilitate stronger connections between research, industry, and innovation.
By hosting events of this kind, STP Belgrade continues to strengthen its position as a meeting point for academics, researchers, innovators, entrepreneurs, and representatives of the public and private sectors, encouraging dialogue and collaboration aimed at advancing Serbia’s national innovation ecosystem.
