Technology has fallen into the honey – About the future of the food industry on 17 June on Raising Talks with Darko Mandic

If you thought it was impossible to produce honey without bees, our guest at the next Raising Talks webinar will convince you otherwise. Darko Mandic has been successfully dealing with honey for years, but not as a beekeeper but as an innovator and entrepreneur, and his new startup MeliBio is developing a technology that replaces honey bees!

The first company he founded – Happy Honey enriched quality honey with fruit and other natural ingredients and made it a healthy and interesting product that is recognized throughout the market of Southeast Europe. At the prestigious SIAL food fair in Paris, Happy Honey honey and raspberry was ranked among the most innovative products in the world. Just a few months ago, his new startup was the subject of the BBC and FastCompany reports on promising biotechnological innovations.

He will share his experiences from his startup trip, plans for a new product and how he sees the future of the food industry, with us on 17 June at 5:30 p.m. See you on ZOOM!
