Through the second phase of the fourth cycle of the Raising Starts program, 21 startups will be supported to accelerate their development! Additional one-on-one mentorship support, expert training, and up to 20,000 CHF in grants will enable startups to speed up the development of their products and acquire the necessary knowledge and skills to conquer the market and expand globally.
The startups that secured their participation in the second phase of the program through pitches at DemoDay, facing the challenging task of presenting their team and innovations to the expert jury, are: ArchFix, Artemi, DOGTAG, Dynamic Mockups, Elemental Tech, EstiWiz, Euclidean Studios, Everdrive Custom FX, Goocha, GTYU Overlock, GuideLites, JIG JOY, Lavit Flow, NutriBuzz, Rezonate.me, Smart Tech, Solarlink, Tricell DOO, Tricoman Studios, Tourism software solutions, and VeloxDB (startups listed in alphabetical order).
Each team will be assigned a professional and business mentor, depending on the startup’s specific needs, with whom they will work on set goals and further development during individual sessions over the next 6 months. The startups will also go through additional specialized training in business development and startup growth, peer-to-peer networking with other startup founders, investors, and experts from the community, and access to innovation labs for the rapid development of hardware solutions.
The fourth public call for the Raising Starts program received a record 270 applications, out of which 40 teams were selected to participate in the first phase of the program. During an intensive month of training and workshops, the startups acquired valuable knowledge and skills in business development, market validation of problems and features of their innovative products/services, as well as in the area of intellectual property rights protection. At the end of Phase 1, they presented their ideas at DemoDay before the Selection Commission, which made the tough decision on which startups receive further support through Phase 2 of the program, identifying those with the greatest potential for commercialization of their idea and conquering the global market.
Congratulations to all startups, especially the selected participants of Phase 2!
